About the Founder - Amanda F. Swain

Bringing 20 years of experience in San Francisco real estate brokerage, Amanda founded and is the Managing Broker at L3 Properties. Her passion and knowledge of the San Francisco real estate make her highly regarded among her clients and peers who value and trust her sophisticated investment analysis, integrity and client service. As a seasoned agent, Amanda has completed over $300 million in gross sales, 250+ successful transactions and has been ranked in the top 10% of all San Francisco agents as measured by transaction volume for many years. 

Amanda's analysis and financial acumen of the current real estate market make her a valuable asset to her clients in any type of property purchase or sale. She has an extensive knowledge of remodel and development opportunities and a network of trusted contractors and resources. Her command of real estate value, finance, construction and tenant law has led her to the completion of complex transactions over the years. Amanda makes your real estate goals a reality with minimal stress and maximum value.

Amanda is a landlord, real estate investor and developer. Outside of her working hours, Amanda can be found hiking with her family and dogs, traveling with family and friends and remodeling her own home or projects.
